Service Administration

This page contains details of the roles and configuration available to the SHA Service Administrator. Instructions for maintaining these are given in the platform Administration Guides

User Roles

User Type Role Description
Business Service User Has access to all the basic processing features. (CSB User)
Business SHA SuperUser Can carry out business administrative roles such as editing the list of vets, un-completing transactions etc.

Service Roles

User Type Role Description
Service Administrator ServiceAdmin This role allows a user to provision additional users for service
Template Administrator TemplateAdmin This role allows a user to manage and maintain the email templates
Static Data Administrator StaticDataAdmin This role allows the user to manage and maintain any configurable text or dropdown lists displayed to users on the service.
Note

These roles can be granted singly, together or in conjunction with other roles.

Templates

Currently there are 4 email templates set up within the system:

1. 1068 SHASubmittoCO

This email is sent to the Certifying Officer once they have been assigned to process a SHA application by DAERA admin.

2. 1069 SHAAplicationSubmittedToVet

This email is sent to selected private vet to notify them that a SHA application has been submitted for processing (STV URL.)

3. 1079 AcknowledgementDaeraFlow

This is an acknowledgement email sent to the applicant when they submit an application (DAERA URL) to notify them that their application has been received.

4. 1080 AcknowledgementVetFlow

This is an acknowledgement email sent to the applicant when they submit an application (STV URL) to notify them that their application has been received.

In the Edit Email Template screen, the user is able to edit the 'From Address,' 'Subject,' 'Bcc List,' and 'Template Content.'

Note

Any text which appears within curly parenthesis {} is a variable which will be replaced by real data when the email is sent. The parameters that have been set up for the email templates are:

* {referenceid} - Unique Reference number attached to an application on public submission on submission to Certifying Officer
* {ExporterReference} Exporter Reference entered by applicant on submission of SHA
* {Commodity} Commodity entered by applicant on submission of SHA
* {ProductDetails} Product details entered by applicant on submission of SHA
* {DispatchPremises} Dispatch premises entered by applicant on submission of SHA
* {Destination} Destination entered by applicant on submission of SHA
* {ProcessingOffice} Processing office entered by applicant on submission of SHA
* {creation-date} Date online SHA was submitted

Once saved, the changes will take effect immediately – therefore any emails issued by the service from this point onwards will contain the changes saved by the TemplateAdmin.
