RFI Addition of SHA Template File Upload - Freshdesk #2486
A new add file SHA template only button has been added to ad hoc RFI response screen.
Enabling the exporter to upload a new SHA template which will be displayed under SHA Documents in DAERA admin.
The pdf will subsequently display the SHA serial number.
Send to AVP Flow
If a transaction has been submitted via the Straight to Vet URL, it will be displayed in the 'Sent to AVP' menu item with a status of 'New.'
AVP Portal - Freshdesk #2355
AVP portal has been developed to support AVP processing of SHA applications.
Onboarding AVP and Enable Portal
To add a new AVP, enter 'Admin,' in DAERA SHA admin application and select 'Veterinary Practice Configuration.' Click 'Add New Veterinary Practice' to launch modal.
Search for organisation by ID, organisation name is populated from Party, to activate AVP portal, toggle on 'Portal Enabled.'
Once saved, the SHA AVP Tenant is created. Proceed to the AVP portal and select IMOS. AVP can login using GG ID and password.
AVP Portal - Processing SHA Application
Click SHA panel to enter the AVP portal for SHA processing.
On the left hand navigation panel, there are two list views:
Awaiting Export List
Recently Processed
To enter a SHA application for processing, click the view button aligned to the application you wish to enter.
To add a comment to the application, click 'Add Comment.'
Click 'OK' to save, comment will be added to the application 'Action History.'
To cancel an application, click 'Cancel Application.'
Enter a mandatory comment and click 'Submit,' application will be moved to a status of cancelled and will be moved from the 'Awaiting Export List' view into the 'Recently Processed' list view.
To complete an new application, click the 'Complete' button in the details view. Complete all mandatory fields and click 'Submit.'
Application will be moved to a status of complete and will be moved from the 'Awaiting Export List' view into the 'Recently Processed' list view.
AVP Complete
A new menu item called "AVP Complete" has been added, this will display all applications that have been actioned by AVPs. All applications displayed in this view will have a 'Status' of 'Avp Complete.'
To approve and complete the application, click the green 'View Details' button to enter the application. A green 'Check' button has been added to the details view.
Clicking this button, will launch a modal allowing admin to enter an optional comment.
Once submitted the application is now 'Complete.'
An entry will be added to the 'Action History' tab.
Applications that have been marked as 'Checked' and have a status of 'Complete' can be searched in 'Search Processed Export Forms.' Applications that are in 'AVP Complete' state are not searchable here.
Once the 'Check' has been actioned, the button will now display on screen as 'Checked.' Clicking this button will launch a modal detailing which user actioned the check and any comments entered.
Bug Fixes
OSL - Exporter SHA Document - Freshdesk #2507
SHA document uploaded using the original submission link, will now be displayed in DAERA admin, with the pdf displaying the SHA serial number.

Service API has been migrated to NET Core 3.1 and Spire.PDF library has been updated to the latest version to support PDF's with applied security settings.
