New Features

Separate Static Data List - Commodities (STV Flow)

A new static data item has been added to separate the commodity drop down lists for STV Flow and DAERA Flow. Any user provisioned with the 'Static Data Admin' role can edit this list of AVI commodities.

The new static data item has been named 'AVI Commodities.'

This is the dropdown list presented to the user on the public side when completing a SHA application using the STV url.

Updated Error Message when Incorrect File Uploaded (Step 2 of 3)

In order to upload a SHA PDF Application the document selected using 'Add File' must contain the PDF text field SHAOLN number i.e. SHOALN_0
This ensures a DAERA issued template is used and the unique number is printed on each page of the document.

If the field is missing, the file will not be uploaded and the following updated error message will be displayed to the user: "This is not a SHA template. Please obtain a SHA from DAERA."

Processed view

Processed view contains extra search criteria for the type of flow and the vet name.

Bug Fixes

PDF Text Bug - Freshdesk #2167

PDF fields allowing unlimited text entered and uploaded by applicant are displaying in full on admin side with appropriate SHALON number printed correctly.

Date completed

The date completed is now displaying where appropriate (known issue last release).
