New Features
1. FD2828 - EHC with Variants Change Request (#28472)
The requested changes have been implemented for the enhancement to DECOL to deal with the increasing number of EHCs with same 4 digit name on FF but with multiple variants

3. DECOL - CR - Notification to AVP when additional info uploaded
In addition to the Daera processing office, the AVP should receive a notification when additional information has been uploaded by the exporter to an application that's in their portal. Both templates are the same (AVP & Processing office).
Bug Fixes
1. Contact AVP Bug (#41049)
If AVP checkbox was checked and then unchecked - the change wasn't reflected in the submission and AVP was still assigned. This has now been fixed - On admin side application is not displaying AVP,Contact AVP and Send to AVP
2. Decol RFI & Decol - Hide address
Daera do not want the RFI notification to go to anyone but the configured email address for the processing office. Therefore, the email address field will be hidden and the AVP will not see the email address for the Daera processing office.
3. FD3843 RFI Email from Portal not being received by Daera processing office (#41217)
This was caused by the template using the incorrect @From' address This has been changed to the "noreply@adaera-ni.goc.uk@ address. This has been rectified and the emails are now being received.
4. FD5573 AVP 'Fake' Complete applications appearing in menus
- app is fake completed in AVP Portal and returns to DAERA in the 'AVP Complete' menu only
- DAERA 'Check' and 'real complete', app leaves 'AVP Complete' menu and moves to 'processed forms' menu
- App should be searchable with the 'Search Processed Export Forms' tool
