New Features

1. Un-cancel of Application cancelled in the AVP portal (Freshdesk Ticket #5214)

There are several aspects to this ticket

  • Daera Un-cancel of an AVP Cancelled application

AVP Cancelled applications appear in (Daera) AVP complete with state AVP Cancelled. (They display as Cancelled in AVP Portal)

When Un-Cancel is selected- a dialog box appears with "Please enter the reason for un cancelling this application".

Once the un-cancellation comments are entered and OK selected - an action history entry is created and the application returns to state of NEW. Once Daera Un-cancel the AVP can no longer view that application in the AVP portal.

  • Deara Un-cancel of a Daera Cancelled application

    An application that has been cancelled by AVP (status: AVPCancelled) and the cancellation checked /confirmed by Daera, (status: Cancelled) , this application can be un-cancelled by Daera in the same way. The application will revert to NEW status and an action history item created.

  • AVP View of Daera cancelled applications.

    If an AVP cancelled application is subsequently confirmed as cancelled by Daera, the transaction displays as cancelled in the AVP portal.

  • Automated notification email for AVP cancellation

    An automated notification email is sent to the selected Processing Office inbox advising of cancellation of an application and the given reason :

    "An Export Application has been submitted for you to process (Unique Ref: {uniqueid}). This application has been cancelled by the AVP {additionalinfo}

    Please login to the Forms Portal to view this record Regards DAERA"

  • Change wording on cancellation dialog box

    The wording of the cancellation dialogue box has been improved.

2. Ability to add Supporting Documents to Completed and Cancelled Applications (Freshdesk Ticket #5202)

Users are now able to Add files under Supporting Documents for Completed and Cancelled export applications

3. New Contact AVP /Daera Functionality

Daera staff will be able to contact an AVP at any time to request more information/data.
