Generate function in AVP Portal (Freshdesk Ticket #5201)

The generate button has been enabled for AVP's with risk mitigations as detailed in Change Request.

Automatic outgoing email to AVP when app is sent to their Portal

An email address can now be stored against an AVP in the AVP administration page. If there is an email address set then when an transaction# is allocated to the AVP an email is sent (template "AVPAlert").

Changes to completion modal (Freshdesk Ticket #4073)

AVP

  • Date of signing field is added to completion modal and recorded against transaction.

  • Date issued field (label) is renamed to Date of Issue of Final EHC to Exporter

AVP and DAERA -

  • Submission details tab contains new field (Date of Signing) and name of old field (Date Issued) is updated appropriately (Date of Issue of Final EHC to Exporter),

  • CSB admin Completed on submission details and spreadsheet is renamed to Application Closed

Submission details- AVP Portal View (Freshdesk Ticket #5034)

Fields from Submission Details Screen on the AVP Portal removed:

  • Approving Officer
  • Approver Comments
  • HPRM Container Number
  • Date of Issue of First RFI
  • CSB Admin Completed (Application Closed)
  • Date Checked

Change AVP drop down menu to a 'Start Typing and select' menu (Freshdesk Ticket #4953)

  • AVP dropdown is type and select.
  • Text beside the checkbox where it currently says 'Authorized Veterinary Practice', replaced with 'Tick this box if your application is to be processed by an Authorised Veterinary Practice'
  • Set the hint text / help text to be "Begin typing the name of your nominated veterinary practice and select it from the list. If it does not appear, de-select the tick box above and continue the application as normal but add a note in the comments box below to request DAERA to add the practice to the list. DAERA will forward your application to the nominated practice and add them to the list for future applications." below the dropdown.

Remove content manager (CM) links from AVP portal

The content manager (CM) links and reference numbers have been removed from the AVP portal.

The original submission link (OSL) functionality has been enabled for AVP's.

Capture name of CO that signs EHC (Freshdesk Ticket #4952)

Completion modals updated to capture name of CO that signs EHC (all flows) and is shown in the spreadsheet.

AVP PORTAL remove ‘DECOL Version Number’ and ‘Form Finder version number’ fields

These have been removed.

Upgrade the document generation software to latest supported libraries.

Fixes to API for BI Dashboard (Freshdesk 5378)
