Attachments saving to Supporting Documents in Error (RFI OUT) FD#6771

Fixed issue when sending out Documents/Attachments via RFI, the document/attachment would be added to the 'Supporting Documents' section on the Documents Tab. This was not the expected behaviour. Should DAERA need to check the document sent out, it can be found in the Action History attached to the RFI event.

Form Finder Version Number API fails FD#6770

Made a change to how the Form Finder Version Number API error is displayed, should it fail (not find the version number) the error will state that the 'Form Finder Version was not Found'. This is also reflected in the Submission Details. Previously, the error stated that the API failed and the field was blank on the submission details.

Fixed the parsing of the version number from Form Finder
