CSB Admin Completed Field - Freshdesk #3217
As the Create Spreadsheet 'Date Completed' field was renamed to 'CSB Admin Completed' in a previous release, the corresponding field in submission details has also been renamed.
Date of Signing of EHC Field - Freshdesk #3209
As the Create Spreadsheet and Complete Modal 'Date Issued' field was renamed to 'Date of Signing of EHC' in a previous release, the corresponding field in submission details has also been renamed.
Addition of dropdown at Dispatch Premises - Freshdesk #3302
As an exporter begins typing a dispatch premises, a dropdown list populated by static data (List Management > Dispatch Premises Types) will appear for selection.
Existing functionality has been retained to allow the exporters to enter free text, as the selection from the dropdown list is not mandatory.
AVP Portal - Field Removals - Freshdesk #3536
As requested the following fields have been removed from submission details in the AVP Portal:
- Destination Unique Certificate Number
- Entry Country
- Exit Country
- TCSO requests sent
- TCSO requests received
AVP Portal - Field Removals - Freshdesk #3537
As requested the following fields have been removed from create spreadsheet functionality in the AVP Portal:
- Number TCSO requests sent (Irrelevant to a PVP)
- Number TCSO requests rcvd (Irrelevant to a PVP)
- DC submission Officer (Identifies CSB staff)
Bug Fixes
Create Spreadsheet: Search Processed - Freshdesk #3490
To prevent API calls and download failures, an export year dropdown list has been added to the search processed export forms screen. User can select the year of transactions they wish to export to CSV.
Export of transactions will be unavailable without making a year selection from the dropdown list.
This field has no implications to the existing search functionality.
