New Features

Send to AVP Flow

If a transaction is associated with an AVP, a new button will be displayed on the details view - 'Send to AVP'

Decol admin can click this button to transfer the transaction to the selected AVP.

An update will display in the Action History tab

Once the transaction has been sent to the AVP, application will move to the 'Sent to AVP' tab with an updated status of 'Awaiting Export Confirmation.'

AVP Complete

A new menu item called "AVP Complete" has been added, this will display all applications that have been actioned by AVPs. All applications displayed in this view will have a 'Status' of 'Avp Complete.'

To approve and complete the application, click the green 'View Details' button to enter the application. A green 'Check' button has been added to the details view.

Clicking this button, will launch a modal allowing admin to enter an optional comment.

Once submitted the application is now 'Complete.'

An entry will be added to the 'Action History' tab.

Applications that have been marked as 'Checked' and have a status of 'Complete' can be searched in 'Search Processed Export Forms,' by using the Processing AVP field.

Applications that are in 'AVP Complete' state are not searchable here.

Once the 'Check' has been actioned, the button will now display on screen as 'Checked.' Clicking this button will launch a modal detailing which user actioned the check and any comments entered.

Bug Fixes

Form Finder Version Number Now Displayed - Freshdesk #2082

Updates have been made to support both the new and old HTML structure, as a result of these changes the form finder version number will be displayed in the details view.

Historical Transactions Analytics Field Name Changed - Freshdesk #2164

The 'Submitted From' date field in the Historical Transactions tab of Analytics has been replaced with 'Date of Receipt' as requested.
