Exporters Portal - State Column added to Information Request Lists - Freshdesk #1686

A 'State' column has been added to the open and closed information request lists to advise the exporter of RFI status.

Open RFI List

In this list, the state will always appear as 'Open.'

Closed RFI List

In this list, state may appear as;

  • ‘Closed - Complete’ - Exporter has responded to the RFI before 6pm next working day and the request is closed.

  • ‘Closed - Expired’ - Exporter has not responded to the RFI before 6pm next working day and RFI has expired.

Note

The RFI will only display as 'Closed - Expired' if 'Automatically time out the Request for Information' was selected by clicking the exporter button or checking the checkbox when the RFI was requested by admin.

Exporters Portal - Hover Text Change 'i' symbol - Freshdesk #1803

When hovering over the 'i' symbol in the RFI lists, hint text now displays 'View Application.'

In the absence of an Action History in the Exporters Portal, 'Additional Submissions' are included in the RFI list alongside 'Requests' and 'Responses.'

The 'Certificate Ready' status has been replaced as 'Complete' on the Exporters Portal to match DECOL admin.

New Columns added to Email Template Manager

To enable users to Identify email templates accurately, new columns have been added to 'Email Manager.'

The new columns are labelled - Friendly Name and Description.

To edit these new columns, click the green 'edit' button.

'Processing Office' names have now been updated to include 'DAERA Direct' in their title.

Time and Date added to Certificate Ready - Freshdesk #1757

For the benefit of the Exporter, a time and date stamp has been added to the 'Certificate Ready' status in Submission Details.

Mandatory Checkbox added to Sent to AVI Flow - Freshdesk #1895

To ensure that admin are attaching required documents during 'Sent to AVI' flow - check boxes have been added.

  • If no supporting document is selected then it is mandatory for the user to tick the "DC not required" checkbox

  • If no Generated document selected then it is mandatory for the user to tick the "EHC Not required" checkbox

If the user does not attach a document and check the corresponding checkbox then an error message will display and the user will be unable to proceed.

Cosmetic Simplifications AVI RFI Screen - Freshdesk #1895

The following changes have been made to the RFI screen that the AVI is brought to when they select the link in their email from DAERA:

  • Date of Loading bar across the top removed
  • The 2 ‘add file’ buttons (EHC and Supporting) have been replaced with one ‘add file’ button

  • The Add file button is mandatory marked with a red asterisk. If no file is uploaded the following error message will display to the user: You must upload a completed EHC.

  • The documents with 'view' icon have been removed from the RFI screen and now display as attachments sent to the AVI email.

  • Once the AVI submits a response, an entry will be displayed in the action history.

  • The completed EHC that is uploaded will appear in ‘Completed Certificates on DAERA side.

Action History Document Generated

When a transaction is completed or cancelled an action history document will be generated.

The generated document will be displayed under 'Supporting Documents.'

Export to CSV Button - Analytics

To enable CSV users to export results, 'Export' buttons have been added next to each chart in the Analytics dashboard.

Session Time Configurable - Freskdesk #1824

In DECOL admin, 'session time' is set to 5 minutes and is configurable under Static Data 'Text Management.'
