New Features

Analytics Dashboard

The analytics dashboard is now available for decol 'superusers.'

By clicking the Analytics tab on the left hand navigation panel, the user can select from the following 3 tabs:

  • Recent Transactions - Applications from the last 7 days by submission date.

  • Future Transactions - Applications in the next 7 days by loading date.

  • Historical Transactions - All transactions based on filters selected.

Recent Transactions

Analytics for recent transactions have been broken down into 4 charts: Export form requests, Replacement export certificate applications, Export certificate applications and All applications.

In addition to this, the user can filter applications by state using the drop down list at the top of the screen.

Future Transactions

Analytics for upcoming exports have been broken down into 4 charts: Export form requests, Replacement export certificate applications, Export certificate applications and All applications.

In addition to this, the user can filter applications by state using the drop down list at the top of the screen.

Historical Transactions

Analytics for historical data have been broken down into 4 charts: Export form requests, Replacement export certificate applications, Export certificate applications and All applications.

The user can also use the filters at the top of the screen separating transactions by submitted date range, export date range and processing office.

Uploaded DC document displays in 'Supporting Documents' - Freshdesk #1746

Uploaded DC documents is now displayed in 'Supporting Documents,' under the Documents tab. This enables the user to select them as part of the 'Send to AVI' or 'Complete' flow.

'Transaction ID' in the Search Processed Applications page has been replaced with 'EHC Number.'

The character verification for transaction ID is now accepting the EHC number format. Hint text has been added to indicate the format to the user '20/3/12456'
