Accessibility Statements

Added hyperlinks to footer of service for Email/SMS verification messages. Links to Crown Copyright, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy (if applicable) and Accessibility policy.

Changed Recipient Type Configuration/Labels

Recipient labels have been changed to more accurately reflect what they are. This can be evidenced in Recipient Type Configuration and Recipient Type drop down menu. Order of Recipient Type in Configuration and Dropdown menu changed.

Unauthenticated recipient type has been changed to SMS Verification.

Recipient Type Configuration has been re-ordered. The ''Verification' recipient types are ordered together likewise the 'Organisation' recipient types are ordered together.

New API Attribute

New attribute 'updatedConversationDate' added to the API. This is to facilitate showing the most recent message sent/received date in a conversation on the API.

Bug Fixes

Accessing another users messages

Accounts with roles to Secure Messaging for TAS can no longer view messages on another account.

Attachments can be opened on mobile devices

Attachments were only opening on desktop/laptop devices, not mobiles. This has been rectified.

Completed Messages showing Reply button

Once a message was completed by an Admin, the Reply button was still available when the message was reopened by Public User. This has been rectified.

Security Fixes

Included security fixes to further mitigate attacks.
