New Features

New Secure Messaging Instances - Freshdesk #3420

A new 'DAERA Inspections' instance of Secure Messaging has been added as requested.

Instance name will be displayed to recipients as the 'Service.'

0002 Sender Display Name - Freshdesk 3892

New field has been added to the Send Message screen labelled 'Sender Display Name.'

Text added to this field will be presented to the recipient as the 'From' user.

0014 Validation Guidance Message - Freshdesk #3904

Invalid characters are now identified in the validation error message.

Response Notification Email

Once the recipient has responded to a secure message the sender will now receive a 'Secure Message Response' email notification.

0025 UnComplete Message - Freshdesk #3925

Once the 'Sent' message is moved to the complete state a new 'Uncomplete' button will be presented to the user.

Reply functionality is not available for completed messages.

Once the admin user has marked the request message as 'UnComplete' the action history will be updated accordingly.

Reply functionality will then become available again to the recipient.

Configuration LHM Item

New Admin left hand menu item labelled 'Configuration,' allowing staff to toggle the following Search Configuration and Recipient Type Configuration.

New recipient type 'Email Verification' allowing unauthenticated users to access Secure Messages via Email Address Authentication.

Recipient receives notification of secure message via email, clicking the link will redirect the user to the confirm email screen.

User enters email address and clicks 'Confirm,' access code is sent to email address.

User enters access code and clicks 'Submit.'

User redirected to secure message.
