Subscriber Flow (Organisation)

Release 2.3.0 included the development of the Organisation Flow, documentation on this flow can be found here.

Note

The organisation contact email is populated from the organisation details on Party - it appear to be blank in all cases at the moment in ppp. We assume this is because of data cleansing.

During implementation of Individual Party integration we will allow search of individual within organisation

Admin Secure Message Sent Confirmation

A toaster alert will now appear on screen to notify admin that their secure message has been sent successfully.

Authenticated Response Confirmation

A toaster alert will now appear on screen to notify the authenticated user that their response has been sent successfully.

Bug Fixes

'Message From' field Mandatory - Freshdesk #2646

The 'Message From' field is now mandatory field and validation will prompt for input as requested.

Accept all Defined File Types - Freshdesk #2652

File upload is now accepting all defined file types; .bmp,.jpg,.jpeg,.png,.pdf,.doc,.gif,.docx,.ppt,.pptx,.pps,.ppsx,.odt,.xls,.xlsx,.txt,.csv

Note

Files which include accents and ASCII characters will not pass validation.

Validation Cleared when File Deleted - Freshdesk #2653

File uploads that fail will prompt a validation error, this error will be cleared once the file has been deleted and user can proceed to upload an accepted file type.
