Identity 5.3.0

This release contains changes to Identity that were made to facilitate the following:

Security

Various under the hood security improvements.

Platform API

Decouple PortalAdmin from PlatformAPI by updating the releases to ensure they are completely self-contained. All associated APIs should be included in service projects.

Portal/Business Admin

Includes a dependency change which will allow the view ServiceAdmin List functionality to work against core services.

The resolution of the following issues:

• Link Platform User error
• Console error with Nonce
