File Upload Micro-service

File upload API's have been removed from Platform API. They have been replaced by a micro-service. Existing service calls are "proxied" to the file service.

This allows us to offer better support of file upload functionality accross the services and to offer large file uploads with improved virus scanning capabilities.

Bug Fixes

Static Data Manager

Fixed issue where not all of the configured static data text and lists were being displayed, if no text or lists were found, it was also not displaying the default items.

Fixed issue when trying to delete Static Data Items.

Configuration Manager

Fixed issue with Configuration Manager preventing Vacancy Manager and other services from updating news items.
