These are the enhancements requested to the initial implementation of Documents Manager :

1. Renaming of the Search Screen to Homepage

2. Library Descriptions are no longer mandatory

When creating a library, it is no longer mandatory to enter a description

When a description is not entered the body of the library will be empty on public view

3. Libraries can be re-ordered

When list of libraries can be sorted into priority order, the order of the list on screen will determine the view on public. The library can be moved in the list using the up and down arrows.

4. Document Upload Changes

The document upload function has changed slightly, in that when the upload is complete, the user will be navigated to that documents tags screen, within the document edit menu, to enable any tags to be added.

5. Search Results to show Keywords & Tags

The search results on the public view, has been extended to include any keywords or Tags associated with the document.

6. New Date fields Implemented

New date fields can be added to a document. There can be zero to many date fields enabled for a service.

7. Date Range Search Enabled

If a Service has date fields enabled, they will have the ability to search the libraries for documents which contain dates in the range entered
